Ghost Town: the Old City of Palestinian Hebron

A blocked up street in the Palestinian Old City of Hebron in the West Bank. In most Arab cities the Old City / Souk area is the heart of the city: thriving, bustling and vibrant. The Old City of Hebron, however, is a virtual ghost town due to the prescence of approximately five hundred Israeli settlers living here.
