Palestinian teenagers from the village of Taybeh, north of Ramallah in the West Bank, dressed as Santa Claus and distributing Christmas presents to the village's children. Taybeh, also known by its Biblical name of Ephraim, is the only entirely Christian village in the predominately Muslim West Bank.
